Activation Purpose & Goals

PURPOSE OF THE ACTIVATION

  • To honor the invitation and represent Yadah Technologies at the Buhleni Fun Day organized by the Buhleni Plaza Management.
  • To introduce our brand to the Buhleni and Hhohho North community: Laptops, Printers, Accessories, CCTV Cameras, Gate Motors, Repairs and Printing.
  • To show that Yadah supports community events and is accessible outside Mbabane/Ezulwini.
  • To network and build relationships while enjoying the community Fun Day.

GOALS OF THE ACTIVATION

  • Awareness Goal: To make 200+ attendees aware of Yadah Technologies as an invited technology partner.
  • Engagement Goal: To interact with families and youth at the Fun Day and explain our services.
  • Marketing Goal: To distribute 200+ flyers to the Fun Day crowd.
  • Relationship Goal: To build a good relationship with the Fun Day organizers for future invitations.

WHAT WE ACHIEVED

High Traffic Attendance

There was high traffic of people who attended our stall. Because it was a well-organized Fun Day, people were already there and came to visit us.

Effective Product Education

We were able to explain our products and services to many people who visited our stall.

Successful Flyer Distribution

We distributed our flyers to a large number of people at the event, so our brand will remain in Buhleni even after the Fun Day ended.

Fun & Community Bonding

We really had fun! We thank the organizers for inviting us. Participating as guests allowed us to bond with the community in a relaxed, happy environment. People saw Yadah as a friendly brand.

Areas To Improve For Next Time

  • 1. Post a Month Before (As Invited Guest): Even though we are not hosting, we must post 1 month before: “BUHLENI, THANKS FOR INVITING US! WE ARE COMING TO YOUR FUN DAY!” This shows respect to organizers and creates hype.
  • 2. Posters Around Buhleni: Put posters 1 week before around Buhleni – Bus Rank, Schools, Shops. Poster: “YADAH TECHNOLOGIES WILL BE AT BUHLENI FUN DAY – FIND OUR STALL!”
  • 4. Fun Day Special Games: Since we are guests at a Fun Day, bring small games and branded prizes to match the fun mood and attract the crowd from the main event to our stall.

What We Hope For In Future

  • To be invited again to all future Buhleni Fun Days and become their official Technology Partner.
  • To convert the Fun Day contacts into customers for our stores and installation services.
  • To build strong relationships with Buhleni Plaza Management team, schools and businesses through these invitations.

CONCLUSION

The Buhleni Fun Day was a success. We appreciate the invitation to be part of it. We had traffic, we educated people, we distributed flyers, and we really had fun with the community as guests.
